Return & Refund Policy
At tan., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and packaging every order, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns
We currently accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at tandotpk@gmail.com or 03086847235.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt).

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to send the item back (depending on your location). Return shipping costs will be covered only for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the item is unavailable for replacement. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via bank transfer or the original payment method.

If a replacement is possible, a refund will not be issued.

No Refunds or Returns for:
Change of mind

Opened or used perfumes

Wallets, belts, or keychains with signs of wear

Gift packaging or personalization issues (unless damaged in transit)
